Healing ministry

Last year we saw an increase in opportunities for praying for healing. A few months in Asda supermarket, Hanley weekly 'healing on the streets' flag and now 'Healing Rooms'. We feel that the prophetic word of us being a 'Bethesda' healing pool from John 5 in the bible is what we are pressing into.

Other opportunities

The anointing of the Spirit carries with it a responsibility to pour out and release life to others, not just to keep it for ourselves.

Jean Stanley has been given funding to head up what we called 'Prayer and Healing Point' - a healing ministry in the community (e.g. in Asda) and now 'Healing Rooms' in our Beacon prayer centre.

Hanley - there is also a partnership developing with St Andrews Sneyd Green to offer healing in the city centre precinct. This has been trialed before Easter, and a cross church team is now going once a week on a Thursday lunchtime with a flag, chairs and invitations to receive prayer. Healing waters are bubbling up on the streets!

Please see William, Karen or Jean if interested in being part of these developing team.

Please pray for God's anointing on these afternoons and let people know who have need of healing to come to either Asda or Hanley city centre.
