William & Karen Porter

​William & Karen head up the house of prayer and are the pastors of the Beacon Community. They have lived in Tunstall with their children Joshua & Sarah since 2003 and have a passion to see days of revival outpouring.

Paul & Tracy Critchley

Paul heads up the worship team at the Beacon and leads worship itinerantly under the name of 'Presence'. Tracy organises the hospitality side of things at the Beacon. They live in Burslem,  have  4 children Jess, Sam, Lily & Lizzy and a grandaughter 'Yaima'  since Jessie's marriage to Tom Simm.

Kev & Katie Britton

Kev & Katie facilitate the youth group at the Beacon; Katie helps run the children's work with Karen and is part of the worship team; Kev helps with IT and visuals at the House of Prayer. Kev is a freelance IT trainer for the NHS and Katie works in family social work. They live in Sneyd Green.

John & Dil Naylor

John & Dil have been part of our team since day one and John sorts out the finances. Dil is now a retired primary school teacher and John retired administrator of Saltbox Christian charity. They live in Packmoor.
